Job Requirement: IT Program Manager - The program manager role requires a candidate with superior communication and facilitation skills. Extensive experience leading technology projects and experience managing programs with multiple direct report PMs is essential. Vertical experience in Consumer Product Goods management and grocery channel supply chain/distribution is preferred. This role is responsible for facilitating coordination and alignment across a large number of organizations, guiding technology strategy/selection/deployments, and ensuring required support teams and processes are planned and established.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

* Worked for a large retailer and managed a team of project managers on technology implementations
* Worked as a regional/practice head in a large consulting organizations managing implementations in retail space
* Managed a team of project mangers
* Proven track record and vertical experience in Consumer Product Goods management and grocery channel supply chain/distribution
