Position Information : This position is for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst for the corporate Back Office systems, including PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Tririga and Oracle Business Intelligence. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to provide quality assurance over these systems through involvement throughout the development lifecycle and coordination and approval of all testing of changes prior to their implementation. Other responsibilities include working with large project teams consisting of technical IT personnel, consultants and end users. Responsibilities include interacting with business users, as well as creating testing and training plans and leading end users through user acceptance testing. Lead quality assurance activities and identify areas for improvement to functional management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training content and end user communications relevant to system changes or enhancements, as well as monitoring, documenting and testing effectiveness of system controls. Preferred skills include: Four-year degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems or related discipline, MBA preferred; typically five years relevant work experience related to major system implementation or system support required; PeopleSoft Financials, HRMS version 9.x experience strongly desired; Experience in Tririga and/or Oracle Business Intelligence desired. Experience in software testing and/or project management preferred. Familiarity with Software Development Life-Cycle methodology and basic project management; creative and analytical skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once; and familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation as it relates to financial systems controls. Responsible for oversight of all out patient draw stations to assure accurate and timely completion of phlebotomy; assure appropriate specimen processing to the designated laboratory for testing. Demonstrates technical expertise in phlebotomy, as well as, the overall understanding of the areas of operation. Maintain personal competency and the competency of direct reports to perform phlebotomy, specimen processing and send out functions within the laboratory. This includes recruitment selection, staff development, performance reviews and assist with corrective action (including documentation) according to regional (HR) and department policies, procedures and guidelines Responsible for outpatient operations, not limited to staffing patterns/schedules, absence monitoring, and timecard [KRONOS] verification; oversees the service maintenance and safe operation of equipment; informs and instructs staff in use of departmental equipment, and policies and procedures. Participates as the UBT management co-lead. Monitors a quality management program to assure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and professional standards. Monitor all levels of service and quality to assure safe operating procedures; monitors and acts upon customer service and compliance/risk issues when necessary Completes all required training and monitors direct reports to assure all training is completed in a timely manner Provides feed back to the laboratory manager regarding work flows and processes in an effort to optimize efficiency, productivity and appointment access.
